What made you say yes to your dress?

I selected 5 dresses at Pearl Bridal to try on. I picked Dorian first which put it at the back of the 5 dresses. It was exactly what I had always imagined wearing on my wedding day. I felt comfortable, confident and beautiful.

Describe your wedding day look

Simple and elegant. Think white, blush, nude and toffee tones.

What was the most important aspect of your wedding day?

Dancing! Corey and I absolutely love to dance and one of the first restrictions during a Covid outbreak is often no dancing. Thankfully it didn’t happen because we did not leave the dance floor the entire night.

The funniest moment on the day was…:

One of our groomsmen stole the show with a very clever and cheeky poem about Corey and I. He had everyone in stitches.

What was the most stressful part to planning?

Unfortunately we postponed our first wedding date due to a COVID 19 lockdown. I was so stressed it was going to happen again.

Any wedding preparation advice that you can share?:

• Don’t rush into any decisions when selecting your vendors. Read heaps of reviews and do your research. Being surrounded by a great team is super important!

Any advice on choosing the right dress for your wedding day?

Comfort and confidence is everything. You don’t want to spend your magical day readjusting or feeling self-conscious. Don’t settle.
