What made you say yes to your dress?

I picked my first dress because I wanted something extravagant with a long train and big skirt that I could only wear on my wedding day. My second dress was totally different. Still beautiful with a lot of sparkles that shimmered on the dance floor.

I wanted something extravagant with a long train and big skirt that I could only wear on my wedding day.

What was the most important aspect of your wedding day?

Standing at the alter with my gorgeous husband and not even noticing all the people that were around witnessing our union. It was such a special moment. 

The funniest moment on the day was…:

The photos! We had such a great time and our photographer just made us so relaxed.

What was the most stressful part to planning?

I didn’t find anything too stressful. I organised a Queensland wedding from Melbourne which took a lot of pressure off. Having a mum in the bridal industry was very helpful!

Any wedding preparation advice that you can share?:

Don’t sweat the little stuff. The most important thing is the day that you and your husband share and the memories that last into the future.   

Any advice on choosing the right dress for your wedding day?

Don’t get hung up on a particular style you have seen online. You will likely surprise yourself and fall in love with something totally different!
